Does the Creative SXFI THEATER have Bluetooth®?
No, but the Creative SXFI THEATER can be connected wirelessly to your devices via SXFI TX, a wireless audio transmitter and a proprietary 2.4 GHz audio transmission technology. The SXFI TX comes with SXFI THEATER out of the box.
What devices can I use Creative SXFI THEATER with?

You can enjoy the full features of Creative SXFI THEATER across various platforms, including PC/Mac, Nintendo Switch, PS4.

Is the Creative SXFI THEATER compatible with my phone?
No. The Creative SXFI THEATER is not compatible with mobile phones.
Can I redo my Super X-Fi profile by capturing the images of my ear and face another time?

Yes, you can do that anytime by tapping on the 'Personalize' menu item in the SXFI App. Note that you will have to reload your new profile onto Creative SXFI THEATER again.

Can I use the Creative SXFI THEATER with a Nintendo Switch?

Yes, the Nintendo Switch is fully compatible with the Creative SXFI THEATER. Before using your Creative SXFI THEATER with Nintendo Switch, you will need to do a one-time setup of the Creative SXFI THEATER with your profile using a mobile device.

Do note that the USB audio is only available in stereo when connected to Nintendo Switch. Voice chat feature is dependent on game and chat client support

Can I use the Creative SXFI THEATER with a Sony PS4/PS4 Pro?

Yes, the PS4/PS4 Pro are fully compatible with the Creative SXFI THEATER. Before using your Creative SXFI THEATER with PS4, you will need to do a one-time setup of the Creative SXFI THEATER with your profile, using an Android device.

Do note that the USB audio is only available in stereo when connected to PS4/PS4 Pro.

Does the Super X-Fi technology work in passive mode (line-in) for Creative SXFI THEATER?
No. Super X-Fi does not work in passive mode via line-in. The headset has to be powered by USB to activate Super X-Fi technology on your Creative SXFI THEATER.
